1.1 Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 88fk and the user. This document applies to all gaming services, bonus programs, payment transactions, and customer support matters. In the event of any conflict between a translation or interpretation and the original, the original Bengali version shall take precedence.

1.2 Scope

These terms apply equally to the 88fk website, mobile version, and any applications released in the future. Using any part of the platform means you have accepted these terms.

1.3 Language & Interpretation

In these terms, "we", "us", and "platform" refer to 88fk. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

2.1 Eligibility

• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

88fk reserves the right to verify the identity of every account in order to maintain a safe and transparent environment. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until the required documents are provided.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made only from an account in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• If a withdrawal is delayed due to technical or security reasons, 88fk will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 88fk does not charge any currency conversion fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

88fk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• If bonus terms are violated, 88fk reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Terms for promotional offers are published separately and are supplementary to these main terms.

5.1 Game Fairness

88fk is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated by certified software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. These games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure unbiased outcomes.

5.2 Technical Errors

5.3 VIP Program

The 88fk VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and up to 1.0% for Diamond. Staying regularly active makes it possible to advance to higher tiers.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Using fraudulent or dishonest methods on any system of the platform.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or family.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, 88fk may suspend or permanently close the account without notice. In such cases, the balance and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
